From I-64 (East & West), North (Peninsula) and East (Virginia Beach):

Follow I-264 (West) toward Downtown Norfolk; take Exit 9 (Waterside Drive); At the traffic light at the bottom of the ramp take a right turn onto St. Paul's Boulevard; Take next (immediate) right turn onto Union Street and follow to stadium parking areas;
or
Follow I-264 (West) toward Downtown Norfolk; take Exit 11A (Brambleton Avenue); At the bottom of the ramp immediately get into left lane; Make left turn at first traffic light (Park Avenue); Follow Park Avenue to stadium parking areas.

or

Follow I-264 (West) toward Downtown Norfolk; take Exit 11B (Compostella); Ramp splits halfway down; Take left fork (Claiborne); Take right turn on to Claiborne at bottom of ramp; Take left on to Park Avenue at first stop sign; Follow Park Avenue to stadium parking areas.

From West (Suffolk, Smithfield, etc...) and I-664:

Follow I-264 (East) through Downtown Tunnel into Downtown Norfolk; Follow signs to Waterside Drive; At the traffic light at the bottom of the ramp take right turn onto St. Paul's Boulevard; Take next (immediate) right turn onto Union Street and follow to stadium parking areas.

From South (I-664):

Follow I-464 toward Downtown Norfolk; Follow signs to Waterside Drive; At the traffic light at the bottom of the ramp take right turn onto St. Paul's Boulevard; Take next (immediate) right turn onto Union Street and follow to stadium parking areas.

Take I-64 East toward Richmond. Just before reaching Richmond, take I-295 South (toward Norfolk, Virginia Beach). Bypass Richmond, then get back onto I-64 East. Continue to I-264 West and take Exit 284A (toward Norfolk). Follow Exit 9 to Waterside Drive.

From North

Take Interstate 95 South toward Richmond. Just before Richmond, take Interstate 295 South (toward Norfolk, Virginia Beach). Bypass Richmond, then get back onto Interstate 64 East. Continue to Interstate 264 West and take Exit 284A (toward Norfolk). Follow to Exit 9 Waterside Drive.

From West

Take Route 58 East (toward Norfolk). Follow 58 East to I-264 East (toward Norfolk). Go through the downtown tunnel and over the bridge. Take the Waterside Drive Exit and stay on the left.

From South

Take I-95 South to Route 58 East (toward Norfolk). Follow Route 58 East to I-264 East (toward Norfolk). Go through the downtown tunnel and over the bridge. Take the Waterside Drive Exit and stay on the left.
