Combine Format

Session One – Reporting time 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM for athletic testing and for football skills, one on one and seven on seven.

Session Two – Reporting time 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM for athletic testing and for football skills, one on one and seven on seven.

Phase I

1. Check in and jersey assignment
2. Welcome talk
3. Warm up and group stretching
4. Group assignments
    Group I ---- Bench Press 185 lbs. for reps.
    Group II ----Standing Broad Jump
    Group III----Forty Yard (two shots)
    Group IV----20-yard Shuttle
    Group V … Video interviews



Phase II

1. Football skill drills etc. by position
2. Where Do We Go Now talk!

Things to Remember
1. Show a lot of enthusiasm and an "all football" attitude.
2. Observe your competition and evaluate your own strengths and weaknesses.
3. The college coaches cannot talk with you until after July 7th of your junior year, but you can, however, talk to the media if approached.
4. Practice on events prior to attending.
5. Things to bring---shorts, sweats, athletic shoes (
surface is grass in Tampa and astro turf at Bryant University and the Giants bubble).
6. Your parents, coach or coaches, and friends we encourage to attend.
7. Drive safely!
